Diesel laundering waste cleared from Kilcurry

Three cubes of diesel laundering waste have been removed by a contractor following their discovery at Kilcurry.

The 3,000 litres of toxic sludge was illegally dumped at a location at Carnmore before being removed by a contractor working on behalf of Louth County Council.

Anyone who noticed the material being dumped is asked to contact their local Garda Station with the relevant information.
