Dundalk Theatre Workshop host ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’ this week

Dundalk Theatre Workshop start the celebrations of their 40th anniversary with Oscar Wilde’s ‘serious’ comedy, ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’ at An Táin Arts Centre from 8th – 11th March at 8pm.

Directed by Fergus Mullen and featuring a cast of exciting newcomers and workshop regulars it promises to be one of the theatrical highlights of the year. A timeless comedy in which the protagonists maintain fictitious persona to escape burdensome social obligations with hilarious consequences.

The Importance of Being Earnest is in An Táin Arts Centre on 8th – 11th March at 8pm. Tickets are €12 on Wednesday and €15 and €12 concession on Thursday – Saturday.
