The property at 3 The Mews, Ailesbury Road in Ballsbridge, was first put up for sale with a €3.25m asking price but failed to secure a buyer.

Now the three bedroom home is back on the market with Coldwell Banker Estates for €899,950, a third of the original asking price.

The exclusive two-storey property boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as its own gated courtyard.

The Corrs’ violinist, who hails from Dundalk, and her husband Gavin Bonnar tried to sell the property back in March 2008, but later slashed the asking price to €2.75m and then to €2m before removing it from the market.

Sharon and her siblings, Andrea, Caroline and Jim, got back together after a 10 year hiatus late last year and recently completed a mini-tour of the UK and Ireland to promote their new album, White Light.
