Two Dundalk properties sold at Allsop auction

Two Dundalk properties sold at the Allsop online auction yesterday.

A 70sqm two bed third floor apartment at 18 O’Hare’s Mill in Nicholas Street, pictured above, sold for above its €60,000 – €70,000 reserve at €96,000.

A three bed detached house on the Dublin Road also sold for above its €145,000 to €155,000 reserve range at €199,000.

A three bed mid-terraced house at 29 Cuchulainn Heights in Carlingford failed to sell on the day but a 0.32 acre site in Louth Village, with a reserve range of €13,000 – €17,000 sold for €36,000.

The auction continues this morning when a mixed use development at Seatown comprising a commercial property occupied by The Temple Hair Art hairdressers and two overhead apartments will be sold. It has a reserve range of €130,000 to €160,000.
