Dundalk Oxfam store amongst properties to be sold at auction next month
A number of local properties are set to be sold at the Allsop Online Auction next month.
The auction will take place on Wednesday April 5th.
Two commercial premises will be up for grabs on the day including the former Oxfam store at 39 Clanbrassil Street, which has a reserve range of €90,000 – €100,000. The premises is advertised as having a current rent of €15,000 per annum and measures approximately 168sqm.
A mixed use investment at 19 Seatown, Dundalk, will also be sold on the day for €140,000 – €160,000. It comprises a retail unit, The Temple Hairdressers, and two apartments overhead. Total rent is currently €18,000 per annum.
The only residential listing for sale locally is 85 Doolargy Avenue in Muirhevnamor, a boarded up mid terraced three bed home which has a reserve range of €50,000 – €60,000.
Amongst the sites going under the hammer is a 31 acre plot of land at Heynestown with a reserve range of €220,000 – €240,000 and a 20.47 acre plot of land at Clermont in Haggardstown, which has a reserve range of €190,000 to €210,000.
A further plot, measuring 3.23 acres, at Ramparts in Lordship will also be sold with a reserve range of €195,000 to €205,000 while a 0.32 acre parcel of land in Louth Village will also go under the virtual hammer with a reserve range of €13,000 to €17,000.
