Dundalk Youth Centre have put together a short anti-smoking movie as part of the X-HALE Youth Awards 2016.
The awards aim to prevent young people from smoking and is supported by the Irish Cancer Society.
The video focuses on Sonia, who is addicted to ‘Ciggy’ but begins to suffer from breathing difficulties. It details how she gives up the habit but still has to overcome the cravings.
People are encouraged to give the video a watch as each view is counted as a vote in the awards competition.
