Dundalk’s trip to the Brandywell postponed for a second time
Dundalk FC’s trip to the revamped Brandywell to take on Derry City on Monday has been postponed for a second time.
The two sides were due to meet at the start of the month but the red weather warning in place across the country saw the FAI call off all league games scheduled for March 2nd.
The game was rescheduled for Monday March 19th but this too has been called off due to international call ups from the Derry squad.
The game will now take place on Monday May 14th. The Candystripes’ game with Cork City in Turner’s Cross on Friday March 23rd has also been postponed.
After a 0-0 draw away to St Patrick’s Athletic last night Stephen Kenny’s side return to action on Friday night when they host Waterford FC at Oriel Park.
