Dundalk has had a Lotto luck yet again after a Euromillions ticket worth €500,000 was sold locally for last night’s draw.
The lucky Euromillions Plus ticket was bought in Dunnes Stores in Ard Easmuinn with the store telling the Irish Mirror that they were “over the moon”.
This is the third big winning ticket the shop has sold in recent years following wins of €250,000 and €350,000 in the past.
The winning numbers for the half a million prize were 1, 10, 19, 35 and 41.
The lucky ticket holder has yet to come forward although there are hopes it might be a local person.
