One of Dundalk’s most prominent buildings is set to be sold at auction later this month.

The former Emerald Casino premises at 16 Park Street has been included in the next Allsop online auction, which is scheduled to take place on Thursday July 27th, with a guide price of €535,000.

Formerly a Bank of Ireland premises, the building enjoys a prime space on one of Dundalk’s busiest streets.

The property is arranged over basement and three upper floors and measures approximately 450sqm (4,908sq ft).

Currently vacant, the building comprises a ground floor casino with overhead office and ancillary accommodation. Externally there is a yeard to the rear that facilitates car parking.
