Local singer/songwriter David Keenan has showcased his incredible talent once again by releasing a live performance of his track ‘Tin Pan Alley’ from his show at The Spirit Store at the weekend.

The 23-year-old from Knockbridge has been making waves in the Irish music scene of late with Hozier, Glen Hansard and Damien Dempsey amongst his confirmed admirers.

He released his new single ‘Cobwebs’ earlier this year and is currently working on his debut album, which he is recording in Kilburn in London.

Tin Pan Alley, which is expected to be on that recording, showcases Keenan’s superb vocal range. While best known for playing his guitar, David was accompanied by Harry Hoban on piano for this track, which was recorded by Rob Benson Photography.

Keenan earned rave reviews for his performance on the night with reports of a standing ovation at the end.
