Louth County Council acquire four more houses under Compulsory Purchase Order

Louth County Council have recently been given the go ahead to acquire four properties under Compulsory Purchase Order.

Amongst the properties they have been given the go ahead to take over by An Bord Pleanála include 74 Meadow Grove in Dundalk (pictured above).

They will also acquire 13 Campbell’s Park in Ardee, 1 Dawson’s Demesne in Ardee and 1 Flaxmill Court in Drogheda.

No objections were received to any of the compulsory purchase order requests.

Louth County Council plans to renovate and refurbish these properties and make them available for social housing purposes.
