Plans have been drawn up for a new two storey office building at the Finnabair Industrial Park, off the Inner Relief Road in Dundalk.
The application includes a request for permission for car parking, bicycle parking, signage, vehicular entrance, landscaping and all associated siteworks.
Should the plans proceed it could lead to another major multinational being attracted to Dundalk, with the knock-on benefits of more jobs for the area.
A decision on the matter will be made by May 25th.
