If you happen to see someone wearing an odd pair of shoes in Dundalk today, don’t panic, they probably meant to do it.
That’s because today is the Funny Feet Fundraiser in Dundalk, aimed at promoting and raising funds to establish the first cancer care centre in the town in association with CARA.
Organisers have been encouraging people to wear odd shoes or decorate them as part of the campaign, which is being supported by a number of schools, offices, banks, factories and restaurants.
Collectors will be around the town and anyone who partakes could be in line to win a prize.
