Plans have been drawn up for two new houses in the Cluan Enda estate, off the St Alphonsus Road.
Conphil Development Ltd have applied to Louth County Council for planning permission to build two dormer style townhouses along with entrances on to the existing road to the rear garden of 36 Cluan Enda.
The application also includes new boundary repositioning to the existing house and all associated ancillary works.
Back in February, Conphil Development Ltd submitted an application for four semi-detached houses on the site but this never came to fruition as the application was deemed to be incomplete.
A decision on the matter is due by February 18th.
